Cook County is nowhere to be found on the list, for that matter neither is Los Angeles County.

I actually expected to see more counties on this list from Jersey, especially Passaic and Middlesex, but we have more counties in the top 20 then any other state, even New York and California

Teton Wyoming is always on this list. Thats because of Jackson Hole which is a mecca for Hollywood stars.
