is it just me or on the close-up pic of the austonian does it look like the entire building is near vacant? their site says only 5 units are left but yet no outdoor furniture or window coverings or much else can be seen... plus on a one bed unit the HOA fees are nearly $1000 a month... any thoughts?

^I've noticed at night that the upper floors seem to be dark a lot. I mean, I know that if I lived in a unit like that that I'd probably never have the lights on either, and would want to enjoy the view instead, but I haven't noticed that tell tale flicker of television lights either in the top 5 or 6 floors.

As for the balconies being bare, I've always just assumed people didn't want to risk having it blow off. To put it lightly, it was very windy when I was up on the main roof one day.

360 hardly has any balcony furniture either, and I know that building is packed. It's always lit up at night with lights on in the units and "tv flickers".

Looking good. Amazing how the skyline suddenly went from midrises to true highrises in less than 10 years. I can't think of any other American city at least in our time that had such a transformation. When I blur my eyes, it looks like Houston.
