Not a week goes by without a couple new towers being proposed in Brentwood.

Those rounded balconies look nice. Lougheed will be a very urban to drive in 5 years.

floor plans look good. Previewing already - supposedly some VIP want to write contracts on just the floor plates LOL. But if its Triomphe quality at a lesser location and $800/ft.... not bad.

Here is a render that I've seen being thrown around a few websites, definitely not as elegant as the rounded balconies in the other illustrations. Hopefully, this is an old render, but if not, it seems like the status quo will hold in terms of design.

Oh no that's too bad. I really liked the rounded balconies on the other renders. I'm going to assume that's an older version since their website has the rounded balcony version on it

As I mentioned to Kluzu (in humour/jest) on another thread, developers (it would seem), are more interested in making as much money as possible via simple/straightforward/standardized/cost cutting architectural designs. Thus, maybe the rounded balconies are more complex and expensive a feature to build than the (ubiquitous) square ones. I too would love to see the rounded balcony version...so let's hope I'm wrong here.

I hope they find a way to increase lane space. They're going to have to, I'm sure, whether one likes roads or not.

I think this rendering still shows rounded balconies.
They are only rounded at the corners, otherwise they are straight narrow balconies.

What are these further out areas of Brentwood Center selling for?

This one is still in no mans land until much more of Brentwood is built out.

That is an extremely lavish lobby. This is Brentwood we're talking about, not Coal Harbour. How much does throwing marble everywhere raise upkeep costs?

I'm guessing it's not all natural marble. More likely it's mostly engineered stone and / or granite as they're more durable (so cheaper upkeep).
