The interesting thing about the model is it shows a glimpse at the next phase of City Centre - 4 & 5 which appear to be a single 2-tower project with a shared podium. These towers are also shown as taller than City Centre 1, 2 & 3.

They look like more than placeholders as they show some detailed design. Maybe we will see an application submitted for them within the next year?

I'm not sure why, but the emerging street has a very West Broadway look about it.

It might be the height and scale of the buildings; mid-rise, and perhaps a little sterile.

That blank wall on the 2 tower complex should go.

Yeah was thinking the same about the blank wall. I'm assuming this hasn't even been to ADP yet - so that could be addressed through more detailed design revision.

I'm liking the glazing on the towers though, shared-podium, and horizontal strip detailing.

They are doing a good job of using a variety of colours amongst the buildings which really help to brighten the area.

Agreed, they're doing a nice job on the finishes / curtain walls.

No way. West Broadway looks like its stuck in the 80s.

Any news on this? Have they started digging? I'll probably drive by sometime this week to take a look.
