They've almost finished putting up some brand new condos on Ocean Ave next to CCSF that as far as I'm aware don't have any affordable housing... I'd say it's on its way.
I'm either going to do a thread on San Leandro, Sunnydale SF or the part of Deep East Oakland bordering San Leandro that I haven't gotten to yet. I'd also consider doing another one on San Jose.
I actually haven't found out yet, but as far as where I want to go it's between New Orleans and LA. I'd be more than happy with either one.
