I love it when developers say "it's 100% going forward." It's a marketing line, both to inspire participating firms, inspire potential tenants and buyers, and discourage potential competitors.

That said, the more it moves along (into actual design, permitting, financing, etc.) the better the odds.

Love a new supertall for Denver! Not a big fan of the looks of this, maybe it will grow.

A Miami style skyscraper in the Rockies. That is just plain awesome.

Denver is waaay past due for a supertall. There are many smaller cities that have taller buildings than Republic Plaza and no views to speak of. Hope this gets built with a height between 1050' and 1100'.

1144 Fifteenth is a big step in the right direction, its only fault is that its too short by about 150-200'.

What Denver really needs is an observation tower like the Space Needle or CN Tower. Very few big cities have views worthy of such a structure and Denver is one of them.

Looks to be Moving Forward

John Rebchook
Ursini - No stopping 1000-ft Denver tower

“The blood-sucking media was irresponsible in its reporting, didn’t do its due diligence and got things wrong. I want to clear the record by saying that while we have met and worked with (the city), we never filed a formal application. The media confused us with another project that is upside-down.”

There's a dad joke about the Mile High City and chances being 100%, but I'll leave that for someone with a kid.

The building design itself is decent but The palm trees and Miami theme need to go. That's an insult to Coloradans.

Good luck from NYC metro.
I get where you're coming from but the Denver tower doesn't really remind me of the mountains the same way EAP does. A picture for reference:
