One Liberty, it's just everything a skyscraper should be in my view. I haven't seen anything on paper that's coming down the pike that will eclipse it either, it's just magnificent

I'd say skyscrapers built would be:
1. Liberty Place 2. City Hall 3. FMC 4. Comcast Tech

Proposed Skyscrapers:
1. Center City Tower which basically looks a bit like Comcast Tech 2. American Commerce Center 3. The old

blech, too derivative of the chrysler building. and 2 lib is derivative of 1 lib.
Helmut Jahn really fixated on the chrysler building in the 1970s and 80s, designed a few buildings like that.

Definitely great during the day too but tough for me to put ahead of 1 Liberty there.

Bah.

BAT.
Mellon.
Drake if you could count it as a skyscraper (it is sub-40 floors so I guess not).

1Lib is classic and well proportioned. But it doesn't talk to me.

Mine is actually 3 Logan Square. One Liberty Place is a masterpiece, no doubt, PNB and PSFS are classics, the Alexander is the best recent skyscraper, but 3 Logan is my personal favorite. If City Hall counts, it's also definitely #1 with 3 Logan second.

Today I went to the Terracotta Warriors exhibit at the Franklin Institute, which has some really great views of this building. I remember when I first came to the Franklin, I was blown away by the skyscrapers nearby. I really love the Franklin Institute. The Terracotta Warriors exhibit was one of their best yet, I must add.
