I like the idea of it being a mini-reservoir. Put a chord down on street level where people can pull it and it opens a valve so all the water can come out.

This a nice touch. You can see all the youthful employees in the picture enjoying this benefit.

Got a good glimpse of this from I-95 today. Really dominant.

Also, what is up with all of the road construction on I-95?

Its called rebuilding, something that happens every 40 or so years. But of course the planners went alittle wild with adding lanes and all. Part of I-95 going through the Penn's Landing will be covered as a indirect part of the rebuild.

Now turn your attention to the Vista in Chicago wich is possibly the most impressive development rising in the states unless you're a fan of chop sticks!

Ehh, saw the rendering on the first page and unless they’ve changed it, I’m not impressed.

Not really...and judging by the first few posts on that building’s thread, I wasn’t the only one. The appearance of those curves and undulations just looks weird.

Based on those photos above, and I'm sure that's the way Comcast operates!, to work in this new building you can't be older then 35. I wonder if before they close off building to us old guys if they'll have a open house. Sortof like the Mormon Temple did before they closed it to us pagans.

The lantern is clad from north and west. Hopefully brighter lighting when complete.
Wonder if the beam patterns will also show up then?
