That is 6th Avenue and about W13th St. That Clock tower in front is at W10th. I live a block away from there.

Edit - beat me to it Crawford.

Awesome!! Thank you so much, guys. Inputting that into the notes in my phone now - I have a little list of intersections going right now for awesome views of 1 WTC in my notes.

That Junction is at 6th and West 14th.

EDIT: Beaten twice over.

Those views are absolutely spectacular! I know that those windows are much more wide, and let in much more sunlight and, the views of the surrounding outdoors, than the windows of the originals. Amazing that the interior has been constructed all that way up, even though the building hasn't reached rooftop level yet.

I agree. Ultimate office space, I'm tellin' ya. I'd LOVE an office with that kind of view.

But - I'm wondering - will they have any kind of filter in place on the windows for sunrise/sunset? They'll be pretty but also be distracting for these with east/west-facing windows at a high altitude since 1 WTC is essentially all glass.

Also, I just have to observe... WOW!! It's so surreal hearing "One World Trade Center" in the media once again. Surreal... But nice!

It is.

The WTC is west of the ESB in terms of longitude, but Manhattan's street grid is rotated about 30 degrees from true north, so they are perfectly aligned from that perspective.

Pretty cool construction timelapse:

That view is spectacular! The Empire State building is still the center of the skyline, the original supertall. They just don't make'em like they used to.
