Are 11 and 12 intra-muros, Minato?

The first 12 pictures are intra-muros (in the pic 12, the twin towers aren't but the rest of the picture is).

Those two storey houses must be pretty expensive. I recently read an article showing how very few of these small streets of pavillons and row houses there were in Paris proper.

Not that expensive (it's not in the most sought-after parts of Paris) but don't imagine finding a house under $1 million in this neighborhood.

You can find more affordable houses just on the other side of the Peripherique in Bagnolet.

Yeah, single-family homes within the intra-muros are quite an oddity.

Reminds me of a guy I knew as a student, whose dad happened to be from Quebec. I think his dad was a philosopher or something. I never really knew what his job was, but they had a fairly roomy house with a little yard around the Tolbiac area of the 13th arrondissement, which I'd found astonishing when pretty much everyone in the central city lives in apartments. Their home was a complete mess of books. Hundreds and hundreds of books scattered everywhere in the house. There was some sort of intellectual elite atmosphere in there.

Never thought of asking the worth of their house, though. But I assume it was somewhat pricey indeed.
