I toured this project with the Hanover Company! FABULOUS project....Ashton Cutchers new restaurant is going in on the ground level! starting prices are in the 2500/month range all the way up to 10k / month for the penthouses.

I think that what will make this tower look better is if Cirque II is bigger, behind this one and has more artistic features at the top. thats if they build Cirque II

Cool,I like the look of this building though it kinda looks like a building in Austin. . . I dont no but this is a really articulate building

Still looks rather dull to me. Like they just piled some floors on top of each other and just stopped cold at the top. It has no thrust or style.

I think the W's rather ugly, but at least it's got some interestingness to it. This isn't ugly, just...blah.

I think the glass really made this one. Heres some I took not so long ago,enjoy.
