Information/opinion Request

Hey guys, ive been lurking here for a couple of years and just signed up a couple of months ago. Lots of great info on here and there are a lot of very knowledgeable and "in the know" posters on here.

With that said, I was just hoping to get your opinions on the condo market in the south end of the city, specifically on St. Marys south of Bishop. Is it a good area to buy in? How well/quickly do they sell? Price points I should be looking at? And just any other general information you can provide. Thanks guy!
