^That is a placing boom. The concrete is pumped from a pump at street level through the white pipe to the point of placement.

Looks like it has 2 more set backs to go. If I'm looking at it right. Hopefully will structurally top out in 2 months.

actually, I think it is currently topped out. I expect related/oxford to hold topping out ceremonies for 30 and 35 on the same day for the publicity. 30 is probably a few days work away.
