The SAP planning permit for the Colony Square renovation was filed today and North American Properties paid the fees.

I apologize if this was posted before, but Stone Summit will be opening a new climbing gym at 715 Peachtree Street. Major win for Midtown imo--a really high quality climbing gym that will attract a lot of foot traffic and help stitch together the southern part of Midtown.

This is the same lot as 525 North. There were several competing developments for this parcel before.

This looks waaaay better than the Crescent Communities development slated to go on that lot. Although, the original plan is still my fav.

It's pretty common to extract the topography quickly into 2FT or 5FT stepped increments in Sketchup since it's just an early conceptual design.

CODA site

Any information on why CODA cam seems to be off; and it earlier appeared that there were some problems around the concrete wall NW corner on Spring?

Great looking building. Will that take up all the space between Peachtree and the Navarre apartment or is there still room for one more tower in there?

The last page in their DRC package hints at a future tower at the back.
