From the angle, I should see Vista rise up between Aon and Trump, or right behind 150 N. Riverside. I'll post this shot again when there's something new to see.

And if anyone wants to photoshop new buildings into this, feel free.
I added the Wanda Vista and Gateway towers for fun.

You are correct - 15 stories of apartments. In fact, the payment machine for the surface lot it will replace was removed this weekend so it's no longer a pay lot and must be weeks, maybe only days, away from starting.

2950 N Sheridan is getting ready to quietly open. And you may want to sit down for the rent prices. Rents start at over $3k for a convertible

The darker brickon the podium does look much better (tho I can't understand why they went with two colors of brick for the podium in seemingly random places). The glass also looks terrible

Great update as always Harry. Re 9 W Walton, I heard they're at #36 of 41 floors.

Wells / Hubbard closed due to high winds - fears of material blowing off of the site.

The straps keep workers who are blown off from landing in traffic.

and Sinclair a nice addition based on location alone. Anything tall in the northwest area of the skyline is welcome at this point
