The BOFA spire seems to be in testing mode for colors on it, I was walking around today and the colors of the spire were changing from blue to red to pink to green to yellow. It looked really nice and I hope it becomes a permanent fixture. Here are some BLURRY pictures haha. Sorry... it was cold.

I walked past 42nd st last night and BofA's spire was the bright blue as above.
Then the lights started flashing on and off in sequence, creating a landing strip effect going up the spire. (it has a real name I just don't remember it off hand). The flashing sequence seemed dimmer than the bright blue though, so its probably a different set of lights. They still were bluish in color.
