New hundred thousand square-foot building at Western location Weston Road directly across from the new Ivey school of business building delivery September 2018.

The more buildings and growth for our post-secondary schooling is alright by me. Not to mention this isn't a 1% type jerb, and is going to be so damn needed in the future... If only Fanshawe took to more of their off campus building for trades. Throw in some plumbing / electrical / etc.

Good progress on construction. The foundation is poured and the concrete elevator shafts and stairwells are up to the 3rd floor level. Steel girders are likely just weeks away and the skeleton of this building will go up fast.

Tower crane is now removed and steel girders are installed up to the 2 level. Steel skeleton should be installed by end of May at this pace.

Progress continues on this new building. They still haven't put the roof on the mechanical penthouse yet.

Sealing this building up is moving along nicely. Most of the windows and glass are now installed.

Interior fit out mostly done now with lighting and final finishes being applied.

Should be ready for students in Sept.
