So did anyone else realize that the podium of Mark is going to basically be complete retail? Because I sure as hell did not know this until now!!

I wonder what kind of material those panels are? I can't tell if it's aluminium or spandrel... EIFS panels?

I think it is. It certainly doesn't look like spandrel glass.

If you look on the very South and West sections on the rendering it appears to be black. I think what I photographed looked to be a cementitious board and is to be stuccoed.

That's going to look pretty good!! This is going to be a nice looking tower..... And of course, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention it's too bad this won't be 40+ floors! LOL!

Mark is starting to become really noticeable from 14th Street.
