These guys are still waiting for a permit from the TTC to start excavataing around the subway.

Looks like some earth has been moved at One Bloor.

Looks like they are struggling getting the permits to begin. The work around the subway will be time consuming that's for sure.

meh, as soon as it starts digging, mods move it once they notice it. you just aren't allowed to complain until concrete is being poured.
