Other than the Beekman, this may be my favorite tower currently rising in NYC. It is so lovely.

Looks like its fought it way through the underbush and is starting to look very prominent in the mid-town forest of skyscrapers.

According to the renderings this building crown will be lite at night; should be a highly visible and welcome addition to the NYC skyline.

True. So far, the only thing that I don't like about this tower is that its not taller... hopefully the top doesn't disappoint.
