Telus Garden (135m) and 1021 West Hastings (143m) in Vancouver are both performing demolition right now. Excavation can not be too far away for both.

Eighth Avenue Place II in Calgary should be added to this list. Podium was already built with EAP I and two luffer cranes are up and it should start heading skyward shortly:

581' - 177.1m - 41 floors

I'm pretty sure it hasn't started yet though. Is there an updated timeline on the city centre complex?

The project does not have any more stops in construction, it should progress directly from excavation into the tower being built.

Initial occupancy should be mid 2016.

Depends what you consider U/C. Excav should commence very soon and as for how long it takes to get down I have no idea, several months before they are bottomed out I would imagine.

Those are nice diagrams but Mississauga is part of the GTA and is not included in this list. So two of the towers should not be there.

Yeah, a list where Metro-Vancouver dominates, haha! This may even continue to grow as all the monster proposals in Burnaby, and now the good one in Surrey start to gain momentum.

That is the funny thing, the activity happening in in Metro Vancouver, and Calgary is still very impressive compared to most places (especially for our populations) but Toronto just skews it soooo much right now that people don't really notice. Honestly, there is still a crazy amount of cranes throughout Metro-Vancouver right now.
