I'm impressed with Moss and the back he's becoming for the Utes. He's one of the three freshman from FL who all played together at the same high school. His teammate, Singleton, got a TD last night. The third member of the trio is a back up Quarterback. It will be fun to watch these three develop into the athletes they can be in college.

On a more local level, I've always been a Hunter DIMICK fan. I had no idea he was from UT

I think Utah will take care of business this weekend against an injury-ridden Arizona team.

My Buffs on the other hand are 4 point underdogs to USC - I don't think the make-up of USC's team has changed much since last year when we lost a heart-breaker in Boulder. I don't know whether I want Montez or Liufau to start (Montez has the momentum but Liufau as the experience - they both have great efficiency ratings)

I know this is Mountain West, but, I knew it was only a matter of time before Peterson had Washington playing well.

Washington is a paper tiger. They haven't played a single good team, yet.

Lol. you don't score 70 like they did unless they're legit.

Utah scored 62 against Oregon last year. They have zero defense.

Eh, it was never going to last. They're legitimately a top 40 team, but top 25 was a stretch. Fun to see, though.

CU is playing a 5-1 ASU team - could be a nice bounce back game in front of the home crowd. It could also help them get back into the top 25 conversation and secure the south.

Utah should roll Arizona this week.

Washington is terrifying - but they could be challenged by Utah or USC - I think USC is looking better every week.

CU v ASU should be a game worth watching. I assume the U.S. 36 Express Lane will be busy tomorrow?

I see where Colorado's last (scheduled) football game is at Folsom Field. Should be a doozy.

CU is 26th in both the AP & Coaches polls after dismantling ASU. If they can beat Stanford they'll be back in for sure. That seems plausible if not necessarily likely; Vegas has Stanford as a narrow favorite.

The game last Saturday was electric - I haven't seen the student section that full or excited since maybe the West Virginia game in '08.

This week will be telling for both CU and Utah and might determine the front-runner in the south.

Utah has UCLA this week - after their not so glamorous win against Oregon State (a team CU blew out of the water in Boulder...we will blame Utah's lackluster performance on the rain), they might challenged by UCLA that is fighting to be bowl eligible.

CU on the other hand hasn't beaten Stanford since 1990 - granted this isn't the Stanford of last year - but it's still Stanford and I'm scared the game will end up like the USC game (Colorado unable to get the run game started, no rhythm in the offense, and ultimately losing the game).

I couldn't be more thrilled with the way CU is playing this year - it's great to not only be competitive but dominant in games! GO BUFFS!

Watching that game reminded me how I do not miss the Mountain West Refs. I'm also glad BYU only has to deal with Pac 12 refs a few times a year. But the last 2 weeks dealing with B1G refs and SEC refs was quite nice. maybe not 100 percent nice but 73 percent.
