The only thing Neo's got going for it is that it's the closest to the Spadina streetcar stop.

The above photos of Montage have been posted by casaguy on UT (urbantoronto.ca)

Montage (Part of the Cityplace Development) currently sits at #25 on the Tallest U/C list in Canada.

The Tallest Tower in the Cityplace Development : Signature has yet to go into sales and no hieght has been given. But a good guess would be somewhere in the 250 -270 Meter range. Or am I being too optimistic?

The city has never been fully covered and I know what I'm talking about.
It's partly my fault if Mtl has not accurate stats on there. But... I'm not paid for all this... That's all, I heve not enough free time/week/month/whatever.

I love skyscrapers and photography, I've given while it was a free access for SS lovers.
I undestand the onwners of the site, just can't give any more on my side.

MTL counts at least 100 skyscrapers which are not listed on Emporis, following our rules.

^^I know you're an editor on Emporis, made many of the city page drawings and that the Montreal list list is incomplete which is why I made my own for SSP.

http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?cityID=22

keep in mind the criteria we were discussing was for only 12+ storey buildings and not all those over 35m

Who am I to hold it against the ownership to make profit on the back of ignorant volunteers

Sergio is right goodlooking, there's easily 100 building throughout the island with 12 floors or more that haven't been reported on emporis. Why is that so hard to believe?

^What I'm finding hard to understand is how you totally misread my post!!

Again ... the 500 is my own compilation which I copied into the SSP database and has absolutely nothing at all to do with Emporis (which, AFAIK, has only around 400 highrises listed with 12 storeys or more)

I didn't know you had changed the rules of >35m for the benifit of this discussion. No problem buddy, you're probably accurate with your numbers.

^ Rico mang, I doubdt there are 100 skyscrapers with 12 stories and + missing in the actual database. Let's say... 35 to 50.

you're telling me there's only 35-50 unchartered buildings with 12 floors (at least 36m)? Nah, I say easily 100 or bit shy. There's a good dozen in old Montreal and downtown and the west island and east end remain almost ignored. You have to look for them.

Fabulous update from Alvin of Diaspar on UrbanToronto.

As I said, the Toronto people are really, and I mean really loving this building. You'd think there is nothing else under construction in this city.
