A combination pop up beer garden and something new, a pop up fast food restaurant, maybe something starting with a "W"

The final floor count is still not finalized, but it will likely be around 550' tall, maybe slightly less. The massing will be similar, there will still be a podium, but it will be a little shorter and contain the amenities floors instead of the hotel.
For now it is just being referred to by its address, 311 South Broad."

I assuming that a lot of the tower will be rentals, yes?

I had deleted it before, but that was weeks ago. It's ok to talk about now, that's why I reposted the info I had deleted. It's all good.

Although I'm not doubting the Hotel component removal, due potentially to over saturation, both the SLS and Dranoff Sites still show the Hotel:

https://slshotels.com/services/sls-t...phias-skyline/

The SLS site also claims 2018 completion, so...

Wait, what? I had no idea that was on the other side of the fence. I just assumed it was dirt.

Yes, the popup with the sod is done every year(right on Broad, as in the intersection itself) as part of PIFA. For one day, which was last Saturday. The photo fence has been up for ages. Not sure what anyone else is talking about.

I thought it was a test for the latest green concept for S. Broad St. Turn it all into a park!

If only...that said, what they should do is landscape the median with grass, plants/flowers, and trees from City Hall to Pine. I have been talking to Paul Biedemann, who heads up Friends of the Avenue of the Arts, about this. Work on the median is a goal.

some medians should be left for emergency or law enforcement vehicles to make a u-turn in case there's an emergency and a u-turn cannot be made at an intersection.

The attractive stone portions can be left alone, which would allow for any necessary u-turns. The raised cement portions can be landscaped.
