I still think this building is boxy and horribly bland. Some of you like the facade treatment, which I guess isn't terrible, but, it's just looks like a cardboard box.

I hope it gets built, that's another sort of strange few blocks of town. More people will be better instead of businesses that close at 5pm.

I like it a lot - but it's all going to come down to the materials used. If they look cheap, it'll look bad. I really hope the lighting ends up looking like what we see in the renders. This could be a fine addition to the Pearl.

It is a decent urban building for the Pearl, honestly it won't really stand out, but it also won't be an embarrassing looking building.

A building permit was issued to Ankrom Moisan Architects for The Dianne at 535 NE 11th Ave:
