The best file I could find about it says it has internal (underground) parking, but it doesn't say how many parking spaces it has

According to this(last page, last paragraph) there were to be 10 spaces with two car share spots. "Downtown living and active transportation is being encouraged and promoted"

Brunswick Street between Sackville Street & Spring Garden Road is closed with emergency vehicles on scene after a small fire broke out in a toolroom of a nearby building. No injuries but people were evacuated as smoke filled the building.
