New proposal from WM Fares Architects, on behalf of the "property owner".

• 91 Residential Units with 71% being two bedrooms or greater

I assume this is the former gas station just south of the CTV building, near to the Eastlink building? I wonder if it will require Eastlink to relocate their satellite dishes somewhere else as they would be blocked by this structure.

This proposal has been revised. Now a more slender tower of 17 storeys is proposed.

Are you sure you linked the right thread? The only real similarity is that the models were made in the same program?

A municipal committee has recommended that a development proposal for the city’s north end go ahead, with the caveat that staff work with the developer to include affordable housing. But Halifax has no power to compel developers to make their units more affordable.

WM Fares Architects applied on behalf of the property owner, BANC Investments Inc., to construct a 17-storey residential building at 2859 Robie St., between Macara and Bilby streets — currently a vacant property.
