My understanding is that condo prices have very recently fluctuated (went down as of a couple of days ago), does anyone have or know where I can get the updated price list online for this developement? Thanks in advance!

Try contacting the sales office or contact a realtor.

I would be surprised if they had dropped any prices. They might have promotions but lowering prices is the kiss of death for a condo development and therefore rare in a normal market.

lcbo change

Was at the LCBO in 240 Sparks (aka Holt Renfrew building) and they mentioned they are closing due to the new Bank location in 5 days.

Not sure how the 20,000 or so employees who work within a 10 minute walk will feel about this....but there it is....

Good riddance, that LCBO is terrible, meager selection, and their vintages are stored in a south facing window for Pete's sake. WEX and your heart are both worth the extra five minutes' walk.

Is it the glare, time of day, etc... or are the windows slightly tinted? If so, I like it - more privacy for residents, and a sleeker exterior look.
