I know you have a Four Seasons, and are getting a J.W.

The only reason I can imagine is the difference in the size of the convention & meetings industries between the two?
We still don't know who will be operating the Alessandra yet. One of the above may take over operations of the hotel when it get built.

The Block 52 tower looks very good. It will look great in the area. And wow, 609 Main looks amazing! I really like the last rendering where it shows both 609 Main and the Market Square residential tower.

We've had a JW in Uptown.. Also we have a St Regis, and are getting a Grand Hyatt (you failed to mention those for some reason after listing them for Atlanta). I agree though.. It's a little odd. Looking forward to a large W or Ritz hotel & residences to come to Houston.. If it weren't for the crash in 2008 we would of had a Ritz and La Meridien by now.. Oh well.

There's a Hyatt Regency going up just west of the Galleria.

True, but I'm talking about the Grand Hyatt proposed on 610.

I'm seeing similarities between the Pearland development and the Grand Hyatt.
