COPAN building is somewhat wide (at 132 meters as a straight line)

but the Aria is 270 meters wide, but it depends if you consider it as a single building.

SUDENE building at Recife... 270 meters wide
here the GoogleMaps link. We can dispute however if it´s one or two buildings. It´s totally connected by the central core, however.
Hotel Holliday Inn Anhembi, in São Paulo. 170 meters
actually a lowrise, but it´s over 300 meters long. In the 50s, french architect Reidy project some funky buildings for Rio de Janeiro
there is another one, 250m (in a straight line) at the neighborhood of São Cristóvão.

The Crescent office building in Dallas is pretty long. I've been in it, the three 'towers' are connected all the way up.
