How will the cranes lift themselves as the tower starts to rise, by hydraulic power?

Is it just me or did I see the beginnings of the foundation of 4WTC in the top picture?

No building construction has started on that side yet.

And it won't until sometime next year when the bathtub is put in.

^^ Clearly Dubai is running out of undeveloped land, and they just have no choice but to build up

If it weren't for the water in the upper part of that pic, the land would be a totally dry dessert!

Get rid of the memorial and there will be no NWTC. The families will see to it.

Right now, everyone seems happy. Any little disruption might cause a delay.

Yes, a big desert. They may as well be building on the moon....Boring.....

Now, building in the middle of an actual thriving, populated city, that's impressive.

Check out Goldman Sachs in the background. That thing's moving.

Well, 7 WTC will get its 1st neighboring new office tower, even if it isn't for Ground Zero yet.

One thing New York will probably never have, is that aqua blue water, less the perfect angle on the clearest of days. I'll take density and the world's most sprawling metropolis over blue water any day, (except on vacations ).

Go new york! Can't wait to see this spire illuminating the night sky, sitting above the pallisades lets say.
