this really has a nice impact from so many angles (obviously due to the lack of height surrounding it). very excited to see this proceed...and hopefully some friends will start sprouting up in the surrounding area, too.

Have we seen any renderings of the redesigned tower from an East/West orientation? Currently, there are enormous, drab, blank, tan-colored panels going up the West facade. These panels make the W's North wall look elegant!

Alas, I could not snap a photo...

Drove by today so couldn’t get a pic but did notice the western wall going up (so far at least) is a blank, concrete wall.

Blank wall facing west adjacent to parking lot. No air rights?. I prefer that lot get built and that it butts right up to CET.
