GUADALAJARA | Andares Complex | 249 FT / 76 M | 16 FLOORS

ANDARES - RESIDENCES, OFFICES, HOTEL AND EXCLUSIVE SHOPPING MALL.

First stage (U/C)

- Shopping Mall : (240 stores, including 30 V.I.P. stores like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, etc. on the base of the residential tower)
- Retail Area: 133,500 m2

- 1 Residential Tower in a pyramidal or triangle shape (divided in 8 towers)
- Floors: 16 (plus 2 underground for parking)
- Height: 249.3 ft / 76 m

- 1 Office tower: No. of floors unknown.

Second stage

- 1 Hotel
- 1 Office tower, bigger than the first one.

the tower on the right has already columns for the first floor, but the diameter of these are very big so we think it is not the real render, we still dont know the real design for this one, so we will see...

Who'da thunk.....that of all places......Guadalajara......would become Mexico's developement hotbed?

Who'da thunk that Mexico would have a development hotbed?

Guadalajara was sleeping for many years, from 3 years until now, it has become a place with a lot of movement... it was needed, its the second city in mexico, and according to FORBES, last year's top ranked city for investment in north america...

Guadalajara would put certain American cities to shame. It's booming and rich for Mexico standards.

Its west side (where all the wealth and development is occuring) is about as prosperous as it gets in Latin America. There are Porsche and Ferrari dealerships, big homes with courtyards and high walls, and luxury spas, gyms, etc.

Of course, most Tapatios (GDL residents) do not live like this, and there is lots of poverty in other parts of the city, but not on the west side.

The Andares area (pictured in this thread) ranks with Santa Fe in D.F. as the most booming development locations in Mexico.

this is another tower in the neighborhood called celtis, 20 floors u/c...



the traingle shape apartment tower...















this is another tower in the complex, some say its a 9 floor building, but as u can see the columns are very wide, maybe it could be taller, we'll see..







a tunnel for entering the area and the complex...
