Interesting Facts/Records (in own words):

Located in one of the most desired neighborhoods in São Paulo, Cidade Jardim Mall will host 180 stores, all facing large squares with gardens and open spaces, including sophisticated national and international designer clothing stores, in addition to a 12000m2 SPA atop the mall with several swimming pool, medical assistance, sports, massages, facial treatments, hydrotherapie, sauna, gym 25m pools, relax center, yoga, tennis & squash court and all assistance of a private club. A novel JHSF project, following international trends, comprising 9 residential towers with apartments ranging from 237 m² to 1,807 m² of area and in a cost from $ 1 to 8 million dollars each, equipped with the most modern technology, 3 commercial buildings and 1 mixed-use building that will house a hotel of the Fasano brand. The total cost of incorporation is R$ 1.5 billion, the most expensive complex in all those years. Because of the aproximity Air Traffic Congonhas Airport, it would have 223m high, but Emurb influenced to change the project with lower and reduced limit. The Mall initially would have 75m with 6 Residential 150m Tower atop. The second Phase of this project is the Cidade Jardim Financial Center with 3 offices 30-storey each individual towers.
