Awesome H4vok. That first picture is like an optical illusion with the glass and reflections.

I don't post much on here, but I must say congrats on your photo T-Mac. I have been lurking here for a couple of years and have always enjoyed your photos and think your recognition was well deserved.

Nice photos by John and H4vok as well. That area of town is looking good! 222 isn't huge but it adds SO much to that area.

So is 222 being occupied yet...

It certainly looks ready for it.

State of the City addressed that issue and said it was about to be occupied and a soon-to-be-announced major tenant would named as well. Many believe that's Goldman Sachs.

The core and shell are finished, however I do not think any tenant fit out work has began. I thought I read somewhere that tenants will start to move in this spring.

Wow! Salt Lake's Midtown area is starting to get some density. Looks very nice. I liked the "Gotham" effect with the the old watertower.

Why do you keep thinking PR-Utah is delts? For somebody who has over 7,000 posts why would he make a new account? Did I miss something on here?

LOL, Oh, so that's what that post means. Don't even bother Projects, I think most of us stopped a long time ago trying to figure UB out...And H4vok, I do agree with PR-Utah, your pics are great! I enjoy putting them over on the Comp. Thread, for the whole world to see.

OOoh beware of my "rath" LOL. It's not entirely silly for one to assume delts145 and PR-Utah are the same person, for wasn't it delts who claimed to be Utah's online PR department, and then not too long after, PR-Utah appeared "out of the woodwork" to defend delts and the Mormon church from my "rath." , sorry, I still think that is funny. Obviously it's an assumption, and I could be wrong, but I'd take a double-up of "their" opinions with a "grain of salt" so to speak.
