Note:
The official height originally was 154 meters however, by measuring the building in the automatic satelital rendering (done by google earth) i found the Skyscrapercenter estimation to be more accurated, because these renderings match most of the known heights of buildings around the area.
Therefore i would suggest the use of 158 meters.
