I guess while we all have our opinions, this one isn't that bad. Nice facade, and a healthy amount of units.

We've never had highrises (over 160') in South Lake Union, i.e. north of Denny. Now there are 13 proposed towers. And of course several jobs underway at 160' or woodframe. This district is going nuts.

I'll be heading to Seattle this September. I went 2 years ago, and even then, lots of activity. Looking forward to exploring the neighborhood again with all the changes.

Also, you guys have that green up there. I need it for my imaginary glaucoma of course.

I think its just that JR has very high standards. Eh, he's the man though at the end of the day. His contributions greatly exceed any sort of negativity.
