in the Western part of Central Park, looking South . .
CPT will probably look like the much taller, cheaper
back-wing section of the richly articulated,
& importantly limestoned, 220 CPS . .

This building is awesome (and massive) either way but I hope Gary pulls out the spire last minute, I also hope that spire is 1800+ feet

Tallest building sounds cooler than tallest residential building (in NYC/Outside of Asia/Western hemisphere that is...)
