That is an interesting design. It isn't a cookie cutter design, I haven't seen anything similar in the GTA. (some may hate it, and others may like it, but it is unique)
i live down the street - everytime i drive by, there is another material/color added.
the black and white brick look really good.
the Beige siding Looks cheap.
the white aluminum spandral complements the brick.
WTF is up with the Blue Spandral!?
The white window frames seem an odd fit with the rest of the building. I feel like black would have looked better and complemented the dark curtainwall better.
A second crane went up here last week, with a third base already set for the building facing Dunbrack to the left of the photo. To the right, across the street from the building nearly structurally complete, formwork has been stockpiled to begin construction on that lot as well.

pretty sure its the opposite corner, across the street from the truck, where they are currently building. looks to be a gasbar, based on all the conduit they buried to the store.
