^ It reminds me more of the kind of thing you'd see in Calgary or Saskatoon than in the GTA.

I like the design, but hope they have engineered and constructed the stormwater drainage into the center of that roof well.

The townhouse sites looks incredibly bleak.

yep - one of those things where it works in the rendering, but in person not so much.

Building 2 will soon have a crane up. Looks like a new to Halifax rental from the same company that owned the crane at HSC.

The white window frames seem an odd fit with the rest of the building. I feel like black would have looked better and complemented the dark curtainwall better.

A second crane went up here last week, with a third base already set for the building facing Dunbrack to the left of the photo. To the right, across the street from the building nearly structurally complete, formwork has been stockpiled to begin construction on that lot as well.

pretty sure its the opposite corner, across the street from the truck, where they are currently building. looks to be a gasbar, based on all the conduit they buried to the store.

I didn't know there was a Wentworth Dr in Rockingham. I thought we didn't allow duplicate street names in HRM?
