Closer to visions. The odds of several of them being built in the next 5 years is very low.

Ive never understood the big issues with it, it's not winning any big awards but it's a handsome well designed building. But then again im a little biased.

^^Biased how?

anyway, not my cup of tea. Not a fan of meaningless reveals, and its a shame that the angled façade has the same glazing as the "regular" side.

He works for Cadillac Fairview which develops City Centre.

IMO, I think it's meh, it's far from ugly but far from amazing also.

Don't have any big issues with it either. I can do without the mullion pattern in the corners and the vertical stripe in the middle. A solid 6.

Updated list, 88 Scott is #11 now, a 200 metre tower doesn't even make the top 10: http://skyscraperpage.com/diagrams/?searchID=67021817

^ I really like the Delta. Simple, yet elegant. It's the glass that does it I guess.

Trump Tower Vancouver looks great. I dont think the balconies are that bad, especially considering the office buildings around it like Bentall etc. Their curved shape is quite elegant

I like the tower portion of Delta but I wouldve prefered a larger more traditional style podium. Then again the retail along that strip is bringing even more life to the area.
