I kinda like the eyebrows. I wouldn’t want to live in that house but they make me laugh.

This basement apartment in Scarborough is hilarious. Currently renting for only $1250/month!

Yikes! I can imagine the stench of mildew and cigarette smoke. Reminds me of the "castle" that went for sale in Calgary last year for $1.75 million.

Can you imagine awkward family gatherings in the "turret"?

That Calgary castle deserves a spot in the Ugly Canada hall of fame. I have seen it so many times here over the years.

There is just something so god-awful about it. I'm sure it was the height of style back in 1953 or whenever it was built, but it just looks so seedy and off-putting now, inside and out. It just creeps me out. I cannot imagine anyone in their right mind paying $1.75 million for that thing, unless it's just for the land.

It seems like it would be the residence of a group of Bulgarian vampires from 1973.

It would be the perfect setting for filming outré and somewhat disturbing pornographic movies. It almost looks like it was designed for that purpose.

Exactly what I was thinking..perfect place for a porno. That pool room looks like the rec room of a seniors complex..probably wouldn't be out of place in a certain Laval favourite.

That too. Another big part of the creepiness is the museum quality of it. It's a perfect time capsule. I cannot imagine living people in any of those rooms. That kitchen looks unused and the living room has a television set from the 80's. For me the turret room is one of the creepiest. I imagine a group of ghosts sitting on that red bench. I can't imagine living people sitting there. The basement reminds me of the original Wolfenstein.

The living room in particular reminds me of the seedy motel rooms from Vacancy.

I could imagine a scene like this on a gritty VHS tape being filmed there.

great starter home, move-in-ready. This lovely home has been exceptionally well cared for and is waiting for new owners. The main floor has a large living room, a country style kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms and a remodelled and updated main bathroom. The basement has a spacious family room with wood burning fireplace, a large bedroom complete with ceiling mirrors and a three piece bath, with stand-up shower and flushable toilet. The back yard has lots of room to play. The driveway is paved and can fit multiple vehicles or park an rv. This home is located at the top of kraft dinner drive, close to schools, shopping, bussing and easy access to the lower portion of thick-alan blvd, for quick access to the highway. Sellers will provide title insurance, in lieu of a rpr and compliance. Call today for your private viewing.

Did you add the bolded parts? How is there actually a road called Kraft Dinner drive and Thick Alan blvd?

That house looks like a slug. There's the home for humans and the protruding home for cars. Or the more likely scenario: a home for trucks, atv's and piles of crap.
