Thanks for the update, Automation. Things have seemed awfully quiet around here, as regards new highrise projects. Taking a breather I suppose, as there's already so much in the pipeline.

summers are always quiet as there is 3 months with no council meetings.. meaning no development approvals. Developers tend to make their applications in the other 9 months of the year when they can actually move through the approvals process.
