I remember when you could buy in DT Vancouver for as low as $109 000, for a studio at the 501. I see a parallel in New West. New West, imo, will rival DT Vancouver in a way no other suburb could. Now is a good time to buy 5 or 6 apartments in New West... hold on here, what's the limit on my Visa.
