Nashville and Austin are absolutely on fire, but SLC is also no slouch right now. We have four 20+ story buildings U/C or proposed and two potentially 30+ story buildings proposed, plus a ton of residential infill under construction. That's pretty good compared to our peer cities, which are probably (by population) Louisville, Buffalo, Richmond, etc.
