Bell Atlantic disappears but overall, this shot will be even better.

Can't confirm precisely what happened - but it appears that they struck a water main during excavation of 18th street just now. The streets are beginning to flood with water - which is now rushing down toward Arch.

Whoops:

Or not. They can just market it as "Universal Studios of Philadelphia Presents: The Electric Waterfall Subway ride of Terror Sponsored by Xfinity"

That's going to be one helluva back charge. I hope this doesn't cost us the diagonal glass inserts.

Because if you count the diagonal bars, there's a big difference. The "official" rendering has 12, and the other only 11. So, I am making an educated guess, and saying that there are "officially" 3 more diagonal bars to go, plus what I guess would be the start of the hotel lobby? It looks like 3 floors, but it doesn't have the diagonal bars. So, there you have it. What do you think? Any comments?

The image on the left is nearest the actual building. Construction of the core is already past the 13 pods (with the diagonal bars). Steel looks like it's around the 9th pod; if so, 3 office pods to go plus the cafeteria/atrium section. It looks like they are now about 10 floors above the office section for the core, now nearing the top of the hotel floors. So, it would seem like they are around floor 54 with the core. Not many more core floors to go.

Yes. I am agreeing with that. And yes, the crown is certainly different. I wasn't sure if those last 3 floors (without the diagonal bars) were the start of the hotel, (like maybe the lobby?) but either way, whether it's the cafeteria/atrium for Comcast, they are in both renderings. Although, I have to admit, the rendering on the right sure is pretty. And it is in the more realistic environment. The rendering on the right does seem much shorter, and that's when I started counting. Someone else had brought that up a while back, and I just wanted to see if there was any more mention of this.
Thanks for the input guys!

I think the lobby is on the top floor, and hotel elevators take you down your hotel room. Sinilar to the Bellevue.

Correct. The lobby/public observation/bar/restaurant is on the top floor.
