One thing I appreciate about CMK is their project timetables. They never drag, that’s for certain (once they get going - as I’m not sure what’s going on with Riverline - that’s the portion South of River City, which is theirs).

172 Ada looks great. I dig that black, very sleek.
And thanks Bonsai Tree for all those shots.

Is there a date in place yet for when the Coyne college demo is supposed to start. Also is there any timeline for when 330 and 360 Green is supposed to start?

Equinox Hotel and the MAA tower on Peoria. I'm dying to see both of them built.

^ I had no idea that Goldberg originally was planning four 85 floor apartment/office towers for riverline. Also didnt know that river city had the capability to have a tower built on top of it. That would be awesome if they pulled a BCBS addition on top of river city. That was a good read. Thanks!

Since River City is being converted to apartments... it could happen now!

I was concerned at first, but I really like ALTA Grand Central. Very nice bookend to Vetro across the street, nice massing for the corner and no obvious parking podium. Unfortunately I know they are going to paint the concrete, which sucks - it looks amazing right now with the raw look.

Actually the original River City 1 would of had 5 clusters made of 3 linked towers each. Here's a veiw from my Chicago model
