Proposed Office Project Would ‘Fill Out’ Block Facing Barney Allis Plaza
The site for this is starting to get fenced off with some construction company signs. Not sure how long it's been like that, but it looks like they've recently started putting the fences up.

The 1800 Walnut project, now known as REVERB, has started construction. There are some noatbale changes in design as well...
- It appears that the orange/copper stepping façade was kicked out for silver.
- Some balconies were eliminated.
- The right side of the building lost it's wavy effect.

Hopefully the stepping side is a stunner since this project's "wow" factor greatly diminished in my mind.

Cool video! I fixed your link.

When you put a Youtube video inside the [youtube] tags, only put the part after the "/watch?=" part. So in this case you'd only put "fu0xl7j_0ug&t=5s" between the tags.

Great infill project. Unfortunately, the apartments in the Power and Light building annex will now face a parking podium, but hopefully HoK/BNIM will make it attractive.
