I'm sorry. I updated the information in late February, but I've been a bit busy at work, and since I don't live in Osaka it is a little more difficult for me to collect information. I'll update it again when I have some time.

Thanks. This thread is really out of date. Recently I haven't even been updating the Tokyo thread on time, so this Osaka one is really suffering.

Could someone make a kind of map where the projects are built?
It would be a lot easier to locate them in the city.

These projects are Nakanoshima districts.

Nakanoshima ia a strip of land sandwiched between the Dojimagawa and Tosaborigawa rivers.
Situated close to Osaka`s goverment and business districts and dotted
with museums and conference halls, the area is the hub of Osaka`s economy and culture.

Nice looking towers.

It seems Japan has the most conservative looking towers in Asia. When you look around other Asian skylines you see some downright outrageous designs. Except here. They look like they will blend right in here in Houston...

this always comes up it seems - its because of japan's strict seismic building codes

i have to say from personal experience that i think the japanese build the sickest cities in the world - period
