If I’m remembering correctly, it’s behind the original building/further from Peachtree.

725 Ponce appears tallied than PCM, had begun installing glass, and the development up along north ave (the poorly designed apartments instead of office) has moved a lot of ground so far. Opus keeps moving more dirt each day it seems, too.

They're building over 18th street?

A few notes while out around midtown:

I did not notice the soil boring machine the lot south of Alta midtown.

Alexan (880) west Peachtree looks better each passing day.

NCR phase 2 still has windows to install along the elevator shaft.

Juniper & 5th clearing is well underway, particularly for the southern potion of the lot.

Hanover west Peachtree is nine stories above the parking deck.

Eviva still has no signs of life.

I forgot my phone case is very dirty. All my photos came out like trash, so no photos from earlier.

SAP was filed today for the MARTA TOD at King Memorial station. 297 apartments. That's significantly smaller than previously announced. All fees paid.

Looks like they're trying to build a QuikTrip on the SW corner of 10th and Northside (980 Northside AKA 630 10th). SIGH.

It's difficult to tell what exactly is happening with the SCAD student housing project. Both sides of the street have been cleared and there's a porto-potty and equipment sitting in the middle of the road.

It's a private road so I guess they might be bridging the road and/or rerouting the road through the site somehow.

I believe there is also a three-story storage facility planned immediately to the south of the QT.

A commenter on the Juniper & 5th Curbed article mentioned the church property redevelopment along the other side of Juniper. He had this to say:

"The church has an agreement to sell those properties to a developer later this year, with plans for a high-rise apartment building, with some parking within its deck available for use by the church as well as street-front retail. So by the time the condos across the street are completed, the blight should be gone." -ericdeatl

Not sure about timing but the church's plans to sell off some land has been known for a while now:
