Hmmm cool project! I think Hull needs more condos and people living in "downtown Hull". Maybe that will bring more restaurants/shopping and life into that part of town as well.
And even though the $950/month "starting-at" might be for a smaller bachelor, the price difference would probably still be pretty considerable comparing to new condo for rent in Downtown Ottawa. Hey, if I was working at Portage I would love to live there.
About a few weeks ago (November 6) I took photos of this.

I'm a bit of difficulty reconciling the rendering with the construction photo. I guess that main entrance is on Saint-Jacques? Talk about building name and address confusion! I'd like to see the Eddy facade and how it integrates with the main street.

Its got to be on either Wellington or Eddy as the name W/E implies.

It looks to me like the left face of the floating rendering matches the right face of the construction photo. The balconies line up perfectly. That means the entrance marked W/E in the rendering is on Rue Saint Jacques?
W/E is abbreviation used in personal ads to mean "well endowed"
W/E is online abbreviation for "whatever"
W/E is slang for "what else" usually used in instant messaging.
^ That is less expensive than DT Ottawa... I had visited 2 brand new condos to rent a about a year ago. One was a studio, the other one a 1 bedroom, both of them in the 500sq ft range and both of them $1050-$1100.
